How is the tax situation?

Okay, I found out about the gambling law and the tax. But I couldn't find anything explicitly about poker. Didn't they implement it in the law? Is it a "gray area"? Or am I missing something with my very poor Croatian language knowledge? And if so, how is the taxation procedure?

Hey, im not sure about the answer but usually this is not a public matter, all kind of law questions you shound ask somebody in private.
And again, im not sure what the answer is..
