You should contact us back once you have resolved the issue with your bank in order to let you try verifying your credit/debit card one more time.
In case your bank does not offer assistance on this matter, please consider using another deposit method as our bank transfer deposit method. You can log in your Moneybookers account and click the upload funds tab, then by selecting "Bank transfer" you will get the necessary information to make a bank transfer.
