problem s HEMom

kad pokušam otvoriti HEM dolazi mi poruka :
"The following error occurred when trying to open the database: Failed to establish a connection to "127.0.0.1"
stisnem "OK" i onda mi se otvori Database Control Panel. stisnem Connect, pa se pojavi "A connection to PostgreSQL could not be made. Would you like to have Holdem Manager attempt to start the service?"  cliknem "Yes" pa mi dođe "Sorry, Holdem Manager was unable to start this service" cliknem "ok" pa dođe još jedna poruka "HM has started the service. Please try again"
