Mislim da je to negdje prije pola godine uvedeno.
Nisu oni prvi koji su tako nešto uveli.. Ne sjećam se gdje sam takvo nešto već vidio, al znam da sam vidio.
To je legalna krađa love. Jer sigurno ima puno ljudi koji imaju par centi ili par dolara gore i ne koriste account. A niti ne mogu tak malu sumu nigdje potrošiti. A pošto je to lova od korisnika, skrill ne smije s tom lovom ništa. Pa su se sjetili da mogu napraviti ovakvo pravilo. Zamislite kolko ima takvih korisnika gdje će skrill na ništa uzeti po 1€ tako dugo dok račun ne bude praznan.
