Idem i ja sad slat za refund, imas pravo, nema smisla cekat.
Kakav zahtjev za refund? Oni moraju cancelati turnire i onda izračunaju i refundiraju po automatizmu...

Thank you for contacting us!
We are experiencing an issue with our Sit & Go tournaments, and some other
tournaments. For this reason, all Sit & Go tournaments regeneration has been
stopped, and some other tournaments are experiencing problems too. We will
resume normal service as soon as possible.
We will be considering refunds for materially affected players. "Materially
affected" means you missed a considerable number of hands and lost a
significant portion of your chip stack due to blinds and antes. If you
believe you were materially affected by this issue, please email us with the
following subject line:
"REFUND: T#_________, $X+Y, User ID"
Where "________" is the Tournament ID, "X+Y" is the buy-in of the
tournament, and "USERID" is your PokerStars User ID.
For example, "REFUND: T#123456780, $20 + 2, KidJoker"
For multiple tournament refund requests, please note additional tournaments
in the text of your email. For example:
T#123456780, $20 + 2
T#123456781, $10 + 1,
T#123456782, $50 + 5
etc.
If you do not know the Tournament ID, you can find it in the PokerStars
software using the playing audit feature. From the PokerStars Lobby screen,
select:
'Requests’ → ‘Playing History Audit...'
Please also be aware that your refund request may take a few days to be
processed.

KresimirS, ovo sto si ti napisao znaci da dok god mi ne znamo je li ce turniri biti cancelirani moramo ko kreteni sjedit pred kompjuterom i cekat da oni daju sluzbenu vijest? -_-
Ne, gasiš komp i ideš na pivo, ili se pozabaviš s curom itd. Kada sutra upališ komp novci će ti biti na računu, kak već oni to budu izračunali. Ne vjerujem da se budu turniri nastavili, a ako da ( a ne znam zašto), možeš ispuniti onaj obrazac gore i tražiti refund...
Cek, jesi ti ziher za to? I ne razumijem ovaj dio ne gasit komp lolz. Ako se vec nece nastavljati turniri cemu bi drzo pokerstars klijent upaljen i samim time i komp. Radim refund mail i sve 5, gasim sve i idem s kompa... Ziher?

Nisi dobro pročitao... Ne ( čekaš) , (<-- zarez) ( nego) gasiš kompjuter i ideš se pozabavati s pametnijem poslom
Bilo je tako prije godinu, dvije slično, ne sječam se točno, na kraju su isto cancelali turnire i vratili novce onako kako je opisano u "rules" . Ne treba ispuniti nikakve zahtjeve, refundira se automatski.

vec dugo nisam pocastio decke
Sve 5, ispali su fer i korektni sa onim svojim pravilima za refund. Istina, jucer sam malo bio nazivciran zbog dugog cekanja bez ikakve obavijesti, ali sve ispalo ok.
