Re: WSOP final table

Moonove "majstorije":

Hand #45 - Antoine Saout Doubles Up through Darvin Moon

Jeff Shulman has the button. Antoine Saout opens the next pot to 750,000 from the cutoff. Darvin Moon, sitting in the small blind is the only caller. The flop comes down K :card_spade  J  :card_heart 2  :card_club . Moon has first action and leads into Saout for 2.3 million. Saout grabs chips and shoves a raise to 6.75 million. Moon announces that he is all in; Saout: call!
Moon:A  :card_heart 4  :card_diamond  Saout: J  :card_spade 2  :card_heart  Saout has bottom two pair, which is way, way, waaaaaaaaaay the favorite over Moon's total airball. The turn 3 :card_diamond is a minor sweat card, as it gives Moon a gutshot wheel draw. The river 2 :card_spade is a safe card for Saout, giving him deuces full of jacks and allowing him to secure a double-up to roughly 22.0 million.

Hand #90 - Begleiter Shoots the Moon

Joe Cada has the button. Under the gun, Darvin Moon raises to 1,300,000, and Steve Begleiter stacks out a re-raise to 3,900,000. Moon thinks about it for just a minute before making the call, and the two men go heads up to the flop. It comes 3 :card_spade 4 :card_spade 2 :card_diamond  , and Moon instantly checks. Begleiter continues out with a bet of 5,350,000. Moon makes a healthy check-raise up to 15,000,000. After a couple more minutes, Begs announces an all in for 21,000,000 total! It's just 6,000,000 more to Moon, but he's not calling quickly. After a few more minutes of head shaking and frowns, Moon returns his cards to the muck!

Phil Ivey Eliminated in 7th Place ($1,404,014)

Antoine Saout has the button. Phil Ivey has first action and moves all in. Action passes all the way around to big blind Darvin Moon, who calls without much fanfare and flips over A :card_diamond Q :card_spade . Ivey has A :card_club  K :card_spade  to the delight of the crowd. Ivey's fans are shattered by a flop of Q :card_diamond  6 :card_spade  6 :card_club  . Moon makes a pair of queens to take the lead. The crowd is pleading for a king, but the turn is the 3 :card_club . The river peels off 5 :card_club to eliminate Phil Ivey in 7th place.

Steve Begleiter Eliminated in 6th Place ($1,587,160)

Hand No. 187 - Antoine Saout has the button. Steve Begleiter is the first to act. He once again opens to 1.6 million. Action passes to Darvin Moon in the big blind and says, "All in." Begleiter calls! Moon: A  :card_club Q  :card_heart Begleiter: Q  :card_spade Q  :card_diamond Begleiter is the player at risk of elimination with 23.25 million chips in the middle. Moon has ace-queen again. It's a safe flop for Begleiter, 7  :card_spade 4  :card_diamond  8 :card_spade . The turn 3 :card_diamond is no help to anybody. Moon is down to one last river card.
That A :card_diamond on the river is NOT a good card for Begleiter. The ace on the river gives Moon the best hand, sending a stunned Begleiter crashing to the rail.

Hand #199 - Cada Doubles Again

Darvin Moon has the button. He opens the pot to 2.0 million, Joe Cada is the big blind. He re-raises to 5.6 million; Moon turbo four-bets all in and Cada snap-calls. What is going on here! Well, it's obvious what Cada has. He turns over a very unsurprising A :card_diamond  A :card_heart . Moon? He shows down K :card_spade  9  :card_club . The flop is 6 :card_spade  9 :card_heart  3 :card_spade , bringing a loud groan from more than one spectator on the stage. Moon has flopped top pair, giving everyone in the theater a sweat. Could he lay another bad beat? It comes 4 :card_heart . Cada needs to fade one last river to double up (again!). He fades it when the river repeats 4 :card_diamond .

Re: WSOP final table

Evo malo handova i od drugog finalista: Joe Cada = vjerojatno novi WSOP ME champion
pao je na 2,25 million chipova - i bio super shortstack i onda kreće njegov nevjerojatan povratak:

Hand #123 - Joe Cada Doubles through Eric Buchman

Steve Begleiter has the button. Eric Buchman opens from the small blind, enough to put big blind Joe Cada all in. Joe Cada dumps his remaining stack into the middle, 2.25 million chips. Buchman: 5 :card_club  4 :card_club  Cada: J :card_club  4 :card_diamond  The flop comes
6 :card_heart  9 :card_diamond  4 :card_heart , giving each player a pair of fours. Cada's kicker is still in the lead. Nothing changes with the
10 :card_spade turn, It comes 7 :card_diamond on the river, giving Cada a little bit of life. He doubles up to 4.8 million!

Hand #131 - Joe Cada Out-Flips Phil Ivey

Eric Buchman has the button. Phil Ivey is the first mover, opening to 1.25 million from middle position. When action moves to small blind Joe Cada, he re-raises all in for a total of roughly 5.8 million. Ivey makes the call! Ivey: A :card_spade  8 :card_club
Cada: 4 :card_diamond  4 :card_heart .There's no help for Ivey on a flop of 2 :card_diamond  10 :card_spade  3 :card_heart .They get one brick on the 9 :card_club turn and a second with the 7 :card_heart river! Cada's up to about 12.5 million.

Hand #195 - Joe Cada Doubles through Jeff Shulman

Eric Buchman has the button. Jeff Shulman is under the gun and comes into the pot with a raise to 1.75 million. Action passes to the small blind, Joe Cada, who moves all in for 10.8 million. Shulman calls inside of ten seconds, and with good reason -- he has J :card_club  J :card_diamond . Cada turns over 3 :card_club  3 :card_heart . Yep, the flop is 8 :card_heart  4 :card_heart  3 :card_diamond . The turn 7 :card_spade doesn't help Shulman. The river is paint, but it's the Q :card_heart . That's no help for Shulman and the worst hand wins again. New counts: Shulman - 7.525 million Cada - 22.575 million

Hand #272 - Instant All In

There is a dead button for this hand, the first hand back from break. To begin with, Joe Cada comes in raising to 2.55 million from the small blind. Saout then announces a three-bet to 7.3 million from the big, and action comes right back to Cada. After a minute or two, he announces, "All in," and Saout instantly makes the call with his towering stack!
Cada:2 :card_club  2 :card_spade  Saout:Q :card_heart  Q :card_spade . The dealer burned a card and ran the flop:7 :card_spade  2 :card_diamond  9 :card_spade  The turn 3 :card_heart  and river 6 :card_spade  come and respectively, and Saout can not re-improve to tally the knockout. Instead of being forced to watch the other two men bag up for the night, Cada is now the chip leader with 78,600,000, all courtesy of that two-out deuce, the most important card of Cada's young career.

Antoine Saout Eliminated in 3rd Place ($3,479,670)

Hand #276 - Joe Cada has the button. He opens the pot to 2.5 million, and with it comes the final betting actions of the night. Antoine Saout makes an all-in re-raise behind him, enough to quickly fold Darvin Moon and his big blind. Cada, though, wastes little time making the call with his covering stack, and we've got a serious situation on our hands. Saout is now the one at risk of elimination, and he will soon find out that he's flipping a coin for, oh, a couple million dollars: Cada: A :card_diamond  K :card_spade Saout: 8 :card_spade  8 :card_heart .As the tension mounts, the dealer finally runs out the flop: 5 :card_heart  4 :card_spade  5 :card_club . The turn is safe too; the 10 :card_diamond changes nothing. The river, though, changes quite a bit indeed. Like a bolt of thunder, the K :card_club strikes the board! With Antoint Saout exiting in 3rd place, the final heads-up pairing is set for Monday.
