First, we would like to advise you that your bank wire withdrawal was processed in US dollars. However, we add 2.49% to these rates as a protection against the volatility and risk associated with FX markets.

In addition to this, please note that if your bank account is denominated in a different currency, then your bank would also perform a currency exchange using its own exchange rates. Upon request your bank officials should be able to provide you with further details on the transfer in question - including information on their exchange rates and any possible fees applied by them.

Second, please bear in mind that international bank transfers are usually processed via one or more intermediary banks, which may result in additional banking fees. Such fees are standard and are beyond our control as they are imposed by the banks themselves and in this case we act as the payer (and not a payment service provider). On our end we have covered the charges for the sending bank and only applied a 1.80 EUR fee which is our standard fee for withdrawals via bank transfer.
